In partnership with Immersed…

This Pre-IPO Company is Up 4,000% Already. Final Week to Invest.

Not every company makes it from seed to public markets. The ones that do share a pattern: real users, real revenue, strategic partners locked in and a clear path forward.

In a competitive sector where tech giants are investing billions, Immersed stands out. 1.5M+ people, including Fortune 500 professionals, already use its software. Its flagship headset, Visor, has drawn a waitlist of 75,000+ people. Partners include Google, Meta, Samsung, and Qualcomm.

The company has raised $37M from 10,000+ investors.

Final week to invest in this pre-IPO company. Shares are $0.79. Round closes tomorrow.

Lock in $0.79 now, before it's gone.

🥪 Jersey Mike's IPO Is Bread for Blackstone

You know how sometimes you're at a party and everyone wants the last slice of pizza? That's basically what's happening with Jersey Mike's stock right now, except the "party" is Wall Street and the "pizza" is worth billions of dollars, and it’s also a sandwich. Are you following?

The sandwich chain is about to go public, and investor demand is more than 10 times higher than the number of shares available. They're selling 43.5 million shares at somewhere between $21 and $25 each, which would value the whole company at around $7.3 billion. For context, that's more than Sweetgreen is worth, and Jersey Mike's sells hoagies, not fancy salads with quinoa.

Here's the thing though: about 68% of this IPO is existing investors cashing out. That means most of the money raised isn't going into Jersey Mike's piggy bank to open new stores. It's going straight into the pockets of people who got in early, including Blackstone, which bought a majority stake last year. Oh, and the company is also carrying $760 million in debt. Not exactly starting fresh, but investors clearly don't care right now. The hype is real, but the meat might be tofurkey.

⚡️ Finance Quick Fix

📺 All Quiet on the Ellison Front

Remember when your parents said "we'll see" and you knew that meant no? That's kind of what just happened to the massive $110 billion Paramount-Warner Bros merger.

A group of 12 states led by California sued to block the deal, arguing that combining two huge Hollywood studios would be bad for competition and could drive up prices. And they got a judge to agree, at least temporarily. Now Paramount has to wait until the court rules on the case, or until June 2027, before they can close the deal.

This is a big problem for Paramount because starting September 30, they owe Warner Bros shareholders $7 million per day until the deal closes. If this drags out until next June, that's roughly $1.7 billion in extra fees. That’s no chump change, even for the Ellisons.

The states suing say the merger would give one company way too much control over movies, TV, and streaming. We're talking HBO Max, CNN, CBS, Paramount+, and a ton of movie franchises all under one roof. Paramount thinks they'll win in court and called the delay a "significant win" because it gets them straight to trial. But their stock dropped 3% on the news and is down 37% this year. For now, both companies are stuck in limbo, burning money on legal fees and waiting to see if they can actually finalize the deal of the century or if this whole thing gets killed by the courts.
